Dear Valued WinTELLER Customer,

This letter is to inform you of some of the recent changes in your WinTELLER software. We are currently planning a new release in the 4th quarter of 2004 that will greatly enhance the performance of WinTELLER. This version is compatible with Microsoft Windows 2000 and XP Professional editions only. Any requested software fixes will be available in new releases. In keeping with the Microsoft standards, we are no longer supporting Windows 95 and will begin to phase out support of Windows 98 in 2005.

The most significant advancement is in the reporting function of WinTELLER. There is 65% more reportable data available than in prior versions of WinTELLER. The new reports process will merge data from the Access electronic journal files and store the data in either an MSDE or SQL database. After merging, you will access all the data through Crystal Reports, the industry leading report writing software. We have written a reports package that includes a set of standard reports and we will have custom report writing available on a fee basis. If you are currently running version 6.3.05 of WinTELLER the reports module would be available to you immediately, however, we strongly encourage upgrading to the latest version for the enhanced features and latest bug fixes.
